In addition to the dancing, I am toning my body. I'm down to 219 from 231 lbs in the last month. I want permanent gains and to change my life at the foundation level. My goal is 210 lbs with muscle gain by October 20. That means I will have lost approximately thirty pounds of fat and put on ten pounds of muscle. Remember, I'm no expert at this, I'm just making estimations. I don't know how that will look exactly. I doubt I will need to get as low as 200 lbs, I look skinny at that point and with muscle weight I think it's shape rather than weight at that point. For weightlifting (my modest yet effective routine at home) I am pushing it steadily up to the next level. I feel just a little strain on my right elbow so I'm giving it some days of rest and icing it. I do a total of 360 repetitions 18-18 with ten difference exercises (seven standing, three reclining).
